Setting of HIGHER GOALS!!!!

Wow! Finally it's the end of the 35 days! RESULTS: 25kg lost!!!!! So glad that it's finally over!!! Get to eat my healthy breakfast and an apple....feeel ssooooo greeet! it's been quite a while ever since i've eaten this kind of breakfast! I don't remember that it tasted so good ever.... But it's a starting of a great day....even now i feel so energized, though i just sleep only 5 hrs and less....must be the "35 days" : make my digestive system better, able to absorb all the goodness of the food that i've taken!

Really have to thank the people around me who made this possible, especially my mom. (coz she always buy the foodstuff whenever i'm busy, which is everyday) and most importantly, my teacher....if not for her, i think i will not be the "person" i am now!

Now im going to set higher goals on myself, especially when i see the results of my accomplishments... im going to further go down to 80kg!!

I took some photos yesterday on the clothes i've wore for the past 2 years, that moment was very "mixed" feelings...coz at one point, i felt that i have to carry on my losing weight program and MAINTAIN IT!!! another point of myself was so happy that i've finally can wear the clothes that i've never thought of wearing it again.... which explain why SJ was asking me: " why that kind of sad/worried face before taking those photographs

Not only the 80kg is my only goal, i also want to help those who are just like me who also want to slim down but do not know the way how to lose weight, the healthy way.

so if anybody want to know can just email to me...i'll personally teach you how

BUT..i think the most important KEY Factors to lose weight is :
1)The right program - 20% ( Food intake, lifestyle, exercise )
2)Determination - 20% ( Set your goals high and "lock-on" to the target! Never Give UP!!!! )
3)A group of friends -60% ( PLAYS a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR!!!!!! )

I think friends are very important, whether if it's just there for support, to keep an eye on you, but also they will be there for you, thick or thin....I'm very fortunate that I've got a bunch of fantastic friends around me who are very optimistic all the time!!! (People out there!! If you need friends like us, feel free to drop by my email and i'll intro you this fantastic group of people!! GUARANTEED + CHOP you will never regret it!)

Very happy to know you...about your question on how to lose 10 kg , i really need to know a few things before i can give you any comments on how i do it

1) Do you do exercise on a regular basis?
2) What do you eat everyday? (this is very important)
3) What kind of job you are doing? (plays a important key coz stress is a major factor )
4) what is your current weight and height ( if possible your fat content in your body) *sensitive
5) what are the problematic areas on your body that you want to lose weight from?
6) Do you like drinking ice-beverages/ desserts?
7) What time do you usually sleep?
These are some questions that i need to know in order i can tell you what kind of program you are suitable for...there is no "one size fit all" programs for weight lose..

if you don't mind, you can feel up some detail for me...or you can add me on my msn, i'll try to online my msn at 11p.m to 12a.m daily...coz i'm busy with my works ....from there you can ask more questions about it.....

Don't try the apple program !!! will crumble your whole body if you do the same thing as i've did last time...

Hi, Kaiwen.

Just sharing my slimming diet, in regards to the Apple Diet, actually, I slimmed down 14kg in abt 3 months times.(from 96kg - 82kg)

However, not eating Apples alone. I mixed 3 green apples together with 1 red carrot into juices without ice nor water & drank during each meal.

Following up, for dinner time, I would use Miso cube to dissolve into soup adding 5 colours vegetables, namely White,Red,Green,Yellow & Black Vegetables (Cauliflower,Carrot,Kai-Lan,Lady's finger & fungus).

Being not a sporty or regular exercise person, losing 14kg in 3months is considered ok. However, I gone for several dancing (with action-pack actions) by my MLM Co, WBG and KTV singing using my diaphgram. I managed to get an Hr-glass figure end of 3months.

Anyway, I am still looking for ways to lose weights despite me not taking my MLM Co's products since then. Resulted my weight back to 96kg.
