Wow! Finally it's the end of the 35 days! RESULTS: 25kg lost!!!!! So glad that it's finally over!!! Get to eat my healthy breakfast and an apple....feeel ssooooo greeet! it's been quite a while ever since i've eaten this kind of breakfast! I don't remember that it tasted so good ever.... But it's a starting of a great day....even now i feel so energized, though i just sleep only 5 hrs and less....must be the "35 days" : make my digestive system better, able to absorb all the goodness of the food that i've taken!
Really have to thank the people around me who made this possible, especially my mom. (coz she always buy the foodstuff whenever i'm busy, which is everyday) and most importantly, my teacher....if not for her, i think i will not be the "person" i am now!
Now im going to set higher goals on myself, especially when i see the results of my accomplishments... im going to further go down to 80kg!!
I took some photos yesterday on the clothes i've wore for the past 2 years, that moment was very "mixed" feelings...coz at one point, i felt that i have to carry on my losing weight program and MAINTAIN IT!!! another point of myself was so happy that i've finally can wear the clothes that i've never thought of wearing it again.... which explain why SJ was asking me: " why that kind of sad/worried face before taking those photographs
Not only the 80kg is my only goal, i also want to help those who are just like me who also want to slim down but do not know the way how to lose weight, the healthy way.

BUT..i think the most important KEY Factors to lose weight is :
1)The right program - 20% ( Food intake, lifestyle, exercise )
2)Determination - 20% ( Set your goals high and "lock-on" to the target! Never Give UP!!!! )
3)A group of friends -60% ( PLAYS a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR!!!!!! )
I think friends are very important, whether if it's just there for support, to keep an eye on you, but also they will be there for you, thick or thin....I'm very fortunate that I've got a bunch of fantastic friends around me who are very optimistic all the time!!! I've Lose 20kg in 29 Days


95 kg !!!: I've lost a total of 20 kg within 29 days!!! And I'm still losing!
It was really like a dream come true for me, or should I say a bad nightmare… I've manage to bring back my body shape they way it was 3 years ago….and in such a short time!!

One fine day, when I was wearing my jeans and I found out that it's becoming tighter and tighter, I knew that it's time to hit the weighing scale because I know that I have GAINED WEIGHT! I was stepping on the weighing scale and it shows the readings : 115kg!!!


I'm so surprised and shocked that I've gained so much weight for the past 3 years!! I was very sad at the moment I saw I've almost hit the "0" marking on the weighing scale…
What have I've done to get such things? I've stared quite long on the weighing scale and I told myself that I need to lose weight…fast….

I began searching one particular photo that I've taken on 27 Dec 2004. It's the ONLY photo I've taken when I was fit @ 18 years old.I told deeply inside my heart that : I want to become this person in the photo
This person in the photo undergo a very intensive basketball training and very strict diet for a period of 3 weeks…and he lost 15 kg instantly!!!
Training : Daily workout program
12:00 Swimming 1km
16:00 Jogging 4km ( timed at average 20 mins )
16:30 Sets of 3 : 20 sit-ups

a) jumping and touching the board rapidly for 50 times on each hand
b)duck walk 3 times around the court
18:30 rest for 20 mins
18:50 Skills training

17:00 Shuttle run (10 times) 50m each

Diet taken : Apples, green ones…red ones…eat till you are full…NO SOFT DRINKS!!!!

Because of this kind of route, I've managed to lose so much within such a short time….I was very proud of myself because I manage to bring down 105kg right down to 90kg! 3 Weeks! Because I've tried lots of methods on trying to lose weight….but it did not worked at all for me.
Side effects : Weak Body, especially my knees. Although I did lose weight, but my knees are being weaken and one fine day when I was having my basketball training, just on fall and my left knee cartilage was damaged (complex tear). I've only manage to "stay" on the "dream body" for only weeks…
Because of the injury, I cannot go back to my exercises. Haunted by this curse for more than 3 years and my knee has slowly strengthen, but I knew that I need to lose the excess weight in order to give less burden to my knees. I've tried to go back to my daily exercise but it seems too much for the knee, and I give up exercising until "the moment of weighing of 115kg"
I've really have to thank teacher for teaching me a way to make myself healthy, removing ALL the things that the body do not want, BUT keep all the essential nutrition for the body. This process takes 35 days and LOOK!!!! A Brand NEW ME!!!! (p/s :I'm not even DONE yet!!) Not only my health has improved, my skin complexion has improved!!! Even the excess fat in my body has been REMOVED!!!!
My current weight : 95kg
Looking back 29 days ago really scares me. I told myself during this 29 days:
"If I have the ability to eat until 115kg,I must have the guts to lose it out!"
I was determined to preserve through this 35 days because I want to become the "end result" that I wanted. I found out that actually keeping fit has lots of benefits!!!

Not only it attracts attention from the obese people, but also the expression on your friend's face! Now I can wear those clothes that I've never wore before / never dare to wear at all!!!
For just 35 days, I've dropped from 115 to 95 My target is 90!!!
For so many years, I keep "consoling" myself that being fat is also cute wa... But after so many years of being in that "shell" -> I really think that being fat has lots of problems:
High blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, stroke, goud, immune system goes down,
metabolism gets slower etc..

Even sometimes when I eat just a little people would tell me to eat less, so fat already…-_-" I have also friends who also lose lots of weight with another program that my teacher taught !!
He has lose a total of 34kg in 3 months!!
They perservered through and they got the results that they wanted!!! I'm going into their plan to lose even more after my <35> My final target is 70kg!!!!
Both methods that are being taught by my teacher are very effective!!
